Understand your treatment
What is All-on-4 / All-on-6 treatment?
All-on-4 / All-on-6 uses multiple implants to support a fixed set of replacement teeth for an upper or lower arch. Your dental team removes the bridge when needed; you do not take it out each night.
Four or six implants may be used, depending on the clinical plan. For suitable patients, a fixed temporary set of teeth can be fitted on the day of surgery. Same-day fixed teeth depend on the condition of the bone and the stability achieved at placement.
The NEDIC approach
How we plan your care
At NEDIC, surgical and restorative planning are connected. Dr. Tarek and the laboratory team plan the tooth position, appearance, bite, and access for cleaning alongside implant placement.
Plan the full arch
We review your health, teeth, gums, imaging, and smile goals. We explain the proposed implant positions, any extractions, and the temporary-to-final tooth sequence.
Complete the planned surgery
Extractions and implant placement follow your individual plan. If a fixed temporary bridge is appropriate, we fit it; otherwise, we discuss the planned alternative for healing.
Monitor healing and refine the smile
Follow-up appointments allow us to review healing, fit, speech, appearance, and bite. Dietary instructions protect the implants and temporary teeth during this stage.
Deliver the final teeth
When healing allows, we complete the final restoration, confirm the fit and bite, and show you how to clean around and beneath it.
Your goals
What you can expect
- A fixed, implant-secured full-arch smile.
- Improved chewing support compared with regular removable dentures after healing.
- No denture adhesive and no nightly removal of the bridge.
- Replacement teeth planned around your appearance, speech, and bite.
Your result and treatment timeline depend on your starting condition, healing, and ongoing care. We review realistic expectations with you before treatment.
After treatment
Caring for your smile
Clean around the implants and beneath the bridge every day using the methods shown by your team. Regular professional maintenance is essential. Follow your prescribed diet during healing and ask about protecting the restoration if you clench or grind.
